Shipping policy
Processing & Shipping Time
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, while international orders are shipped through DHL or USPS International.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends, except during special occasions such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day.
Overnight Shipping
For orders placed with overnight shipping on Fridays, deliveries will occur on the next business day (Monday).
Domestic (U.S.) Orders
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message (carrier or data rates may apply).
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday (if Saturday delivery is selected).
International Orders
International orders are shipped via DHL or USPS International.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and the items purchased.
Please note: We do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or fees. These are charged by your country’s customs department and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs & Import Regulations
Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import laws and regulations.
Please verify that our products are permitted for import before placing an order.
Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for customs delays or refusals.
If an order is denied entry and returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
If the order is not returned, no refund can be processed.
Rush Processing
Rush Processing ensures your order is verified, quality checked, packaged, and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM PST (4:00 PM EST), Monday through Friday.
If these conditions are met and we fail to ship within 24 hours, the rush processing fee will be refunded as store credit.
Please note that rush processing does not shorten the carrier’s transit time. If you need your order urgently, select the appropriate expedited shipping option at checkout.
Change of Address
Shipping addresses can only be modified before the order is fulfilled.
If the order has already been processed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to request an alternate delivery arrangement.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team begins processing it immediately.

At checkout, you can choose Protect+ Shipping Protection, which safeguards your order against:
Damage during transit
Lost packages (claim with carrier required)
Stolen packages (claim with carrier required)
Delivered but not received items (claim with carrier required)
Incorrect or wrong item received

We highly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout.
This service allows us to replace your order or issue store credit (minus shipping costs) in the event of any shipping-related issues.
